The Rupe Museum will open its doors to Mikael Colville-Andersen's 'Monumental Motion' as part of the 'Danish Wheels' on Friday, May 10th.
The exhibit continues the promotion of Danish culture and tradition in Croatia with the goal of introducing to public the benefits of the culture of cycling as well as of some interesting bike concepts notwithstanding the famous Christiania bike i Bullitt bike.
Insofar, prior to coming to Dubrovnik's Rupe, on its Croatian tour the 'Danish Wheels' have been exhibited in Zagreb, Pakrac and Koprivnica.
The honorary Consul of Denmark in Croatia mr. Vlaho Đurković will attend the gala opening at which the author will introduce his work to the guests as well as give lecture about the Danish cycling culture and Denmark's commitment to sustainability via urban design that promotes active transportation.
