Three-star rated, 40 sq meters one-bedroom apartment with plenty of terrace space located in a quiet neighborhood close to the pebble beach and downtown Cavtat. Mr. and Mrs. Kujačić have both retired from their life-long careers in the tourism industry, and have been  privately offering vacation rentals since 1967.

PRO: The Kujačić apartment offers just the perfect balance between the indoor comfort and privacy with the outdoor enjoyment in dining or lounging on the spacious terraces. Its approachable entrance (wheelchair friendly) and close proximity to the beach and the town center are a big advantage to anyone pleased with a short stroll to the vacationers most desired daily spots. The spaciousness and the three-star comfort at a very budget friendly price make this apartment a great choice for a couple, two couples or a family of four.
CON: No sea view (although you can clearly see the sea as far as Dubrovnik from the terrace), no pets allowed.

  • A one time non-refundable fee of 3 - 4 EUR/DAY (depending upon your dates of stay), is due on reservation via PayPal, while the remaining 45 or 60 EUR/DAY is due in cash on arrival.
  • For stays of 3 days or less add 20% to the stated price.
  • The rates stated include all payments due. There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
